Stavros Skonis 

Mr. Skonis is an esteemed member of our team, being our senior Balkan representative. Before joining our organisation, Mr Skonis was a professor and master’s holder in the University of Athens. From 2011 he has been working with Black Sea University as a specialist consultant of dealing with the requirements of students wanting to study in Varna

Dr. Hakim Altug

Dr. Hakim is our Branch Manager in Varna. He is the contact person for all our students there. Since we are going to mediate about 700 students in all of Universities in Varna this year, he has a lot of organisational tasks. He carries big responsibility in terms of the problem free stay of our students in Varna. Milan is available 24/7 in case of any kind of situations.

Dr.Ahmed Muftuoglu

Dr. Muftuoglu is our representative in Bulgaria. As an embassy consultant and a former head of the Department of the Bulgarian embassy in Madrid he carries outstanding contact network both in Spain and Bulgaria. Dr. Torres consults our company and our clients in extraordinary cases, when his competencies are needed.

Mahsa Edalat

Edalat carries our good soul in Varna. She is a certified translator (German/English-Bulgarian) and translates our students’ application documents and is also responsible about our legalization attestation in Varna and hand in of different documents.

Dr. Abdurrahman Dogan

Doctor Abdurrahman is our Deputy Director. In the period 2012 – 2014, he managed our Branch in Varna and proved to be a responsible person to rely on. Now he moved to our offices in Istanbul, however he will also be in Varna as the situation calls for. As a team leader, he is responsible for supporting our students on the different locations. He is the person to turn to in terms of an apartment, a bank account, a mobile contract, one’s registration in the local Migrations office and, of course, in case of further needs on behalf of the students.

Chrisa Generlieva

Chrisa is the director’s assistant and Branch Manager in Varna. She is the heart and soul at Black Sea University. Miss Generlieva takes care of a lot of important background work, and has a variety of organisational and administrative activites and is the chief contact with students.

Chara Moutafova 

Chara is an advisor in the Black Sea University team. She is present on our participations on a variety of fairs and is also your individual contact person in case of any questions.

 Diana Williamson

Diana is an advisor in the Black Sea University team for our UK department. In Varna Diana maintains contact with the responsible for our company and the students office at the university. She is the first contact for our students regarding questions of study or other concerns. Diana takes over the on-site supervision of interested parties who wish to familiarize themselves with the local conditions before the start of their studies.

Evi Zambetaki

Evi an advisor in the Black Sea University team. Her main task is to register all our students in the Migrations office. She takes care of the complicated and long procedures and helps with all documents one needs. Furthermore, Evi is present in case of any everyday situations, e.g. moving to a new flat, visiting the doctor, etc.

Constantine  Manifavas

Constantine comes from Greece and is a researcher in the Archeological Institute of Athens in  Greece, where he is also the Deputy Director. Apart from that he used to teach at the Economics University in Athens and has a close contact to the decision makers in the Economics University of Varna. He is the first contact person for many Black Sea University mediated students there.
